It's built to help you take that next big step in your career and put down roots.
RDX Life is a career sales position with a formal hiring process. After getting through the application and interview, you’ll start studying to pass multiple certification exam. Using our world-class training platform and materials, our goal is to help you become a certified agent within thirty days of onboarding. From there, you’ll begin shadowing and conducting your own visits. After three months, you’ll start receiving premium leads (free of charge) in your given market. To maintain your position as an Agent at RDX Life,you need to reach $4000 in Annualized Monthly Premium (AMP) and work five days a week.
By month six, you should be out of the learning curve. At this point, you’ll be eligible for an interview with a partner to become an Area Managers once reaching Tier 3 ($17,600). Area Managers get a free ticket to 42X and a $350/month car bonus and lead their market. To maintain your position as an Area Manager at RDX Life, you need to reach $350 in Annualized Monthly Premium (AMP).
